any pics with of te37 +12 offset in rear
does any one have any pics with that set up ...that what im wanting to do..i just want to see how it looks and if it possible with te 37.... thanks guys.
Its pretty tight. You will have to roll your fenders and pretty much forget about using 275 in the rears. The rim is actually past the fender line.
Mine is installed on a G35 but the track widths and body widths are identical.
Did you still need a picture?

Will do. Need to wait till I can get home...its like 8:56 AM in Hawaii right now. I also dont know if I can post pictures on this site since I am not a premier member....maybe someone can host it?
Also, +12 in the front with a 9.5 rim......I dont know about that. There may be clearance issue with the upper control arm and some major bushing and axle wear due to the extreme negative camber that you might have to setup. Given the TE37 offset options....I would go +22 fronts. The change from +22 to +12..is rather huge even though it doesnt look like it on paper. I believe that you would have to drop to a 225 or 235 tire size to clear the fronts as well...the turing abilities might be compromissed a bit due to the front rims being pushed out so much.
Running a +12 in the rear is okay....just like I said...need to run a 255 stretch on them to clear. You probably can run a 275 since the difference between a 255 and 275 is like .47 of an inch...but you will probably have to do some fender modifications and you will not be able to drop your car that low until you do so.

Do I need to be a premier member to post pictures??? If so, will need a host to show my current setup.

Seriously though...in my opinion, the lip on the TE37 are a preset number. The whole purpose of these rims are for racing. Thus with that in mind, the less lip on the rim, the stronger it will be. Under a hard corning, most of the weight of the car moves towards the outside of the car......and most of that weight falls upon the rims, afterall what else keeps the car on the road. Anyhow, if a racing rim has too much of a lip, I believe that the extreme loads on it will cause it to fold over on itself...not good in a race. I came to this conclusion based on the fact that I had 2 sets of TE37's with both different offsets and widths. The 10.5 +22 and 10.5 +12 had the same lip and the 8.5 +22 and 9.5 +22 had the same lip.
Anyhow, if you want to have a larger lip area, then I would suggest a 2 piece rim. You can have a larger lip area with a safer offset choice without having to roll your fenders, and you can still run the larger 275's in the rear. Z1 Performance can assist you in that option I am sure. Bear in mind though, I would assume that as a vendor, they will suggest the safest offsets and tire choices based on your application. Anything out of the scope of recomendations would be a risk that you take and accept. I am sure that Z1 Performance would agree with me there.
