RIMS! which one!?

Need some advice for rims.
I'm in Germany right now (I live here actually) and those are the rims they have here.
Can't use any Volks etc. cuz they're not street-legal here..stupid TÜV
..
1, 2 or 3 ?

cuz in Germany every shitty thing thats installed on your car needs to go through TÜV <-- and has to be tested and thats pretty expensive between *1000-2000 Euro*

because those rims are certified in Germany ! and Volks are not ..
I love the GT-7's ....
and I would be almost the first one in Germany that drive's around with Volk's
EVER!
