I would run a 275/35/19 in the rear. You don't want your rear sidewalls to be smaller than the fronts and thats what you would have with the 275/30/19. the 35 in the rear is the most common setup for staggered 19's

275/30 on the rear is likely to trip off the TCS, you need to go w/ 275/35. Vendors will try to sell you a 275/30 on the rear b/c it is a cheaper setup, I think it allows them to sell you a cheaper brand of tires.

first rule of fight club: never ever run smaller sidewall in back.

245/35/19 and 275/30/19 would kill the stagger, and set off your electronics. The outer diameter of the front and rear would be the same. The "Z" doesn't like that. It expects the rears to have an OD about 1" bigger than the front. The car is designed this. You want 245/35/19 in front and 275/35/19 in back to maintain the proper stagger and fill the wheel well.

Try and run a 255/35/19 in the front. It will look less stretched and help with the understeer.

I run 255/35 and 275/35 on 9.0F 10.5R

275/30 in the rear SURELY NOT. They will look like rubberbands and you will be more likely to damage your wheels.
