Default I can't decide...

I am trying to decide what I should get next for my Z, I was thinkin:
1. Rims - like the LE37's or something similar
or
2. Exhaust/other major upgrade (not supercharger, i already have enough tickets ) - but i don't want something loud and obnoxious, just something that when people here it they think, damn i wonder where that 1970 hemicuda is
or
3. body kit/paint

any advice?

Well, 1 & 3 are show, 2 is for sound and go. I did 1 & 3 so far and it's made me happy, but that's me. 3 is a pretty big change (or can be) while 1 is something that you'd probably do if you did 3 (so really 3 is "3 & 1").

If you're thinking of aftermarket anything, what is the very most thing you feel the car is missing or lacks to satisfy you? For me, I wanted to change the front end, and while the 17" stockers were OK, the new rims make it look a whole lot better in my eyes.

It's still a Z (stock is fine), but it just has a bit more kick.

yeah i agree with the rims making the car look better, but i think a body kit would look strange with no rims? i don't know i've never seen one like that, and exhaust i would be doing for the performance as much as the sound, how much power do you really get from an entire exhaust upgrade?

Yeah, that's why I said...

I will say that I got the kit on and painted before the new rims and to be honest, the 17" stockers didn't look as bad as I would have *thought* they would look (with the kit). The new rims made it look much better though (in my eyes). I think I have pictures of the car with kit and no rims and then with rims if that's a concern to you, but color of car, which stock rimns you have, and which kit you get would change the look and it wouldn't be the same.

I don't know, but you can ask that question in the Intake Exhaust forum.

Is there a big weight difference between Volk LE/TE vs. Volk GT/SF wheels?
