Question Which offset for a BBK?

I am getting a set of Volk SF Challenges (Diamond Black) soon and I have decided to go with 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the rear. I am going to put a GReddy GREX BBK on in the future so I need to know which offset for both the front and rear would work with the BBK.

Here are the options:

19x8.5 = +9/+17/+21/+29/+34
19x9.5 = +11/+15/+23/+28/+36

I am almost positive the tires I am getting will work won't they, 245/35 Front & 275/35 Rear?

THANKS AGAIN!

My Volk GT-C clear the Stoptech kit with about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch to spare:

I should have pulled my stickers off the inside too. I have:

Front: GT-7 19x8.5 +23
Rear: GT-7 19x9.5 +24

The front clears with plenty of space, but the rear barely clears my 14" Stoptech kit. I would go with the +21 in front and +28 in the rear to ensure clearance. But I know there are some guys with SF Challenges and BBKs that could give you a better answer.
