Clicking noise from rear wheels?
I'm a new 350z owner,(used 03, 6000miles)Just noticed clicking noise from rear wheels.It is really noticeable when dis-engaging clutch.Normal?please help!!
Check with your Nissan Dealer. This should be covered under warranty and I believe that Nissan has released a TSB or Technical Service Bulletin for the rear end clicking noise. I have the same issue and plan to get it fixed at the dealer as soon as I can find some time to get it in for the work. I have a few friends that had the clicking noise and have already had the issue fixed under warranty at the dealer.

IF YOU CONFIRM: A "clicking" noise is coming from the left and/or right rear axle when accelerating from a stop. ACTION: 1. Determine if the noise is coming from one side or both sides. 2. Replace the Outer Axle Joint(s) and the Wheel Bearing(s). · If the noise is coming from only one side, replace parts on only one side. · If the noise is coming from both sides, replace parts on both sides. · Refer to section RAX in the Service Manual (ESM) for replacement instructions. See this bulletin for further detail.
