Default Tire size question

I have a 2003 Enthusiast with the stock 17" wheels and am looking to replace the tires. I have my eye on the Toyo Proxe 4's as they have received good reviews on 1010tires.com. I used the +0 fitment recommendation on the Toyo web site and it only came back with a recommendation for the fronts 245/45/17 and none for the rear since they don't make the size required in the Proxe 4. It did however come back with a recommendation for 255/45/17 for the rears in Proxe T1-S line. so, the question is will 245/45/17's work all the way around? Are the front and rear wheel sizes even the same width? This could also afford me the opportunity to rotate my tires in order to extend the tread life. Other options?

You have a lot of reading to do. The wheels are not the same width in the front and the back. Also running the same overall diameter in the front and back will cause your TCS to come on even when you are not losing traction which will get mighty annoying unless you turn it off all the time.

Yeah, don't run the same size all around. The Z's TCS expects the staggered wheel sizes, and may not function correctly with all the tires being the same size.
