If you "NEED" a spacer or not depends on the wheels offset, if its very high (much more then say 30-35mm) then you might need a spacer to clear the rear damper or inner parts of the arch.

I have 20x10.5" with 30mm offset rear wheels with 275/30/20 tires, clears perfectly, even a bit to much so i put a 5mm spacer on so the offset is now 25mm

You don't need spacers for the 10.5s. I have them and they fit fine.

The Axis Hiro 10.5" only comes in a +35mm offset. It will fit but depending on the look you are going for you may need 5-10mm spacers. Some people like the pushed out look, some people like it flush, some like it tucked.

I ordered mine stright from Axis and they are +22 all the way around. (9.5"F & 10.5"R) THis is comming stright from the owner of Axis. Atleast that's what the guy who ordered my rims said. I do not need spacers. Everything fits perfectly fine, and the rim line up great with my fender.

I'm going to purchase the same setup in the future and was wondering the same thing.

So no complaints so far...good.
