I actually am in the same situation as JDMFairlady21, bought the car used and was wondering if it was lowered. With stock 17 inch rims on an 03 ent model i have barely enough room to slide my hand between the tire and the fender. No digital camera at the moment but can anyone help?

Your best bet is to get the jack out and lift the car high enough so you can see the rear spring. (you guys probably know this)
Most aftermarket springs will have either a brand name or serial code printed somewhere. Stock Spring is black but some aftermarket springs are black as well, like the Eibachs (with some metallic flakes in the coat).
People can tell you your car is lowered or not but it's pretty important that you're absolutely SURE about your suspension. I know you mentioned you don't have a jack or time, but it's a good idea to know your spring rates and how much your is actually lowered by identifying the brand.
The previous owner could have lowered it and not correct the camber etc. I know this is an extreme case, and the pictures don't look like it, but the last thing you want is abnormally worned tires.

usually very hard to tell by just looking at pics because of the angulation and all, but it does look like its been lowered a bit.....how much wheel gap do u have? how many fingers?
thanks for the color compliment... i'll try to jack up the car this weekend, feels like hotchkis springs since the car doesnt have that much hop when hitting bumps at the rear, also i only have about maybe a finger of wheel gap if any.
