Default New Volk Brochure

Just got the new Volk brochure in, and scanned it for you guys. It lists the Mercury Silver TE's in only 18" sizes. I will inquire about special ordering 19's in that color on Monday. Here's the pics:

Great post, thanks.

I'm definitely thinking about getting wheels, but I think I'll wait until summer.

Those pics make me want to buy a GT-R more than wheels.

Default Z not GT

Am I the only guy that likes the Z more the GT-R? I like a sports car not a GT. The GT-R reminds me in looks to a old nissan...I think it was called the 200SX? Maybe I got the name wrong but it just does not do it for me in the looks department. I know there are people that are going to tell me how wonderful the GT-R performs etc... but that is not my point. I would rather have a smaller, sportier looking Z with the performance of a GT-R than a GT-R.

Tell me GT-R fans, is it the look you like better or is it just the performance? If you like the look better, it seems to me you would like the G-35 coupe better than the Z?

Please do not blast me, just explain to me what I must be missing by not lusting after the GT-R.

I don't think the GTR is ment to look sporty, its more a mean looking car.
I think it's a bit about what you know and have seen too. I recently moved from Australia to the US. In Australia there a a TON of GTRs, and everyone loves them. In the US I have not seen one single GTR on the road or in any car trader mag, and people here seem not to like the look of them much.
Maybe you have to aquire a taste for the GTR shape.

Personally I love the R34, love it love it love it!

Love the TE37s too, I want a set of 19" gunmetal or black on a CS.

What's up with the TE37 Limited 2003 model wheels (silver ones below the Z)? Are they LE37T's and will they fit the Z?

Nah, its just that they are hard to get, and very rare in the US. If they are for sale in the Nissan dealers in US, I bet you will see a lot more on the street. I have only seen some GTR-32 and GTR-33s down here at Los Angeles... They are a one of a kind import sports car for sure.

Dunno about you guys, I love my TE37s but I'd sell them in a heartbeat if they came out with 19" CE28Ns, or a 19" SE37A--

Default Why

Daytona:

Just wondering, why would you sell your TE37s in a heart beatfor some CE28Ns, or a 19" SE37A's ? What part of the look is it that you like so much? Just more spokes...????

Well, the CE28Ns are lighter, actually the lightest wheel in Volk's lineup. I dunno, I guess I love the mesh look, but the TEs looked so, so very good on Top Secret's Z, I knew I couldn't go wrong
