? 17" Chrome z rims and new tires- good deal
A local vendor has brand new 17" chrome Z wheels and tires for sale. Is $900 a good deal?

Honestly, I wouldn't buy them for $20. Well, I might buy them for $20, sell the tires, and throw the rims in a dumpster.
If you like the chrome look, get POLISHED rims, not chrome.
