Taking off stickers on my TE-37 wheels?
I am thinking about taking off the Volk racing, the Rays engineering, or BOTH stickers off my gunmetal TE-37's.. I think with 2 stickers on the wheel it makes them look kind of tacky. Plus, I don't really need the extra advertisement, the car is eye-catchy enough as is. What do you guys think?
The names are on the rims themselves already. People who are into rims know what they are, and those how don't wouldn't care. That just my $0.02!
Off topic, do all TE37s, no matter what color, comes with the blue stickers?

It's LOSE, people, NOT LOOSE!!!
With that out of the way, make sure those "stickers" are on the very top layer of the wheel and not between a couple of clear coats. It's probably wise to search the 'Net and make sure that this can be safely done before going down that path.
I'd hate for you to rip the finish off those beautiful wheels along with the label.

I'm with the "lose-the-stickers" crowd. Keeping them on there would attract would-be thieves...especially those who know anything about rims (as already mentioned). They look cleaner without them.
FYI: anyone see what Brad4rdhay did with one of the pics? great photoshopping!

Just took them off..was a PAIN IN THE ***. At first I was using my nail, the thing doesn't come off in one piece, it's more of a decal. Then I took a plastic/rubber spatula and a hair dryer.. Made life a lot easier, too bad my thumbnails are already seperated from my thumbs at the tip...grrrr
I used a hairdryer and a credit card to remove the big Type R decals on the sides of my Type R...worked pretty well.
Hell, its easy to remove stickers, just use the paintbrush tool and...oh, if only Photoshop worked in reality. I could remove your stickers in a few secs, and i could paste my girlfriend's head on brittany spears' body....

Plus I don't feel like sitting around in 15 degree weather trying to remove those things- Anyway, it's Volk, as opposed to Konig or something
