Tire & Performance Issues

I have on hand the stock 17 wheels & tires from my Z. I know the wheels & tires will fit my wife's 2000 Infiniti I30. Since the infiniti is front wheel drive, is their a performnace issue with using the staggered 17 inch tires & wheels? The infiniti comes stock with 16 inch wheels & tires.
