hey all, i have searched but no luck. is there a way to disconnect the TPS without takeing off the tire? and does anyone have pics of what they look like? i can really use the help all. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!

PS- if anyone knows a cool trick to getting them off send me the info please!!!

 

Take your wheels to any reputable tire shop, they will know how to remove them with damaging the units. You're going to have to dismount and remount to get them out anyway.

I thought I read somewhere that if the sensors arent in the wheels that you will constantly be reading 4 flat tires and have that thing beeping at you all the time. Is that true?

 

there is no beeping, just the TPS indicator comes on once in a while, strange that its not on all the time

 

Mine beeps once in a while~

 

mine never beeped when they were off the car for about 8 months....
