I tried to find it also but couldnt, but it definately is done by a member here. Anyways just think of how impracticle it would be to use and keep clean. You couldnt go around the corner without them becoming dirty. But anyways definately a PS.
People...I've seen it done before. I doubt that this is a real rim though. I can't imagine the cost of rims like this and from what I see, this Z is not all cashed out. If someone was going to put some serious bling on their car, more than likely, the whole car would be tricked out.

My vote is for photoshop. Lexan might be strong enough. What red flags it for me though is caliper clearance. I know that my Brembos stick out further than the hub, atleast in the front. Not sure about the stock calipers but i would imagine they do too. A flat piece of Lexan, plastic whatever it could be would rub the caliper. It would have to be conoured to clear the caliper.
