** need help fast!! 245/275-35 or 255/285-35? which would be better?
Im thinking it would rub and buldge too much for your front tires. 245's are nearly flush, 255's are probably the best fit on a 8.5 rim. The Re050a's are really good tires. The 285 is flush with just a hint and i mean a hint of buldge, you can't even tell. My friend has the piaas and he has a 275 Michelin PS2 on them and it looks stretched.

This is my $0.02 since it seems BFG has slightly wider profile than falken or toyo.
For example, if you get the BFG at 285 you will have some bulge, but falkens will look relatively less bulged at 285.
Toyo are kinda in the middle from what I remember seeing on other people's rims.

i assume you meant 245/35/19 instead? since you run 19inch fronts?
stock front
225/45/18 = 26.0"
245/35/19 = 25.8" smaller than stock but not enough to worry
255/35/19 = 26.0" same as stock
all the choices 245 + 275, or 255 + 285, or in the middle 255 + 275 are good choices, its +/- 1cm. i like the 255/275 combo for the reasons i gave before
275 or 285 on a 10inch rim will not look that different, neither too stretched or too bulged

245/35-18 means the stock size i have in the rear of my touring Z! so I was comparing the diffrence between stock and getting a 275/35-19 or 285/35-19

i agree with bartheleb, 265 on a 8.5 rim will bulge. most tire manufacturer's recommend at least a 9" rim for a 265 tire. i run a 255 on a 8.5 inch rim and it fits large

whoa there big-guy, no-one confirmed that 275/30/19 is a good idea
those will be approx an inch smaller than stock, if you have VDC/TCS it will be unhappy, will offer less rim protection, have harsher ride, and depending on your rim size will have a more stretched look
275/35 would be a better choice

255/35/19 is the same size as the stock front
285/35/19 is 0.2" taller than stock rear
so yes, i think that you should be fine with your VDC, however, i have not run that size myself. many others have run 255/285 with no problems, but i suggest you ask them directly to be sure.
glad you found your tires
