Thumbs up Blizzack LM-22's Snow Tires I LOVE YOU!!!

I Was sOOO worried about the snow here in illinoise + my Z. I just had my Bridgstone blizzack LM - 22's put on 2 days a go and then this huge snow storm came through. I was scared a first then i just got in my car and started the engine. There was more then 12" of snow that night and counting. These tires are like none i've ever seen before these things just eat up the snow like nothin i had so much fun that night flyin by suv's and other slow cars(being carefull of course) I spent nearly 2 hours just driving around last night in my car Long story short if your thinking of snow tires just get these you wont be dissapointed.

Here are some pics i took last night. Enjoy!!
I also took my car to a nissan dealership and did donuts in the parking lot oops.

nice, what size are your rims?

Might I ask how much these LM-22's cost you after labor?

Ok, do tell exactly what size of tires/rims you got there... If i can get my Z to drive in that kind of snow, I'll wet my pants (outside the Z of course)

Great Pix though!!!!!

Hey I also live in Illinois. I have the same tires on my Z, but you make it sound like the Z has NO problems in the snow. I still slip and slide with the blizzaks. I'm guessing it's because I have manual and you have automatic?

I have the same tires/wheels on the stock OEM 17's and they are fantastic. Coupled with the VDC and TCS, i feel very safe driving in bad weather. The VDC works very well when the rear starts to skid.

So, while you were doing donuts in the Woodfield Nissan parking lot, I was stuck on the I-290 shoulder. Look at my thread on chicagoz.com if you haven't already. What a nightmare that night was.

You're using the stock rims, right? Also how far did you drive that night? You pretty much sold me on these after seeing the pics, but if you can tell what problems you had driving in that sh** (if any at all), that'd be great!

I had LM-22's on my Honda s2000, and I agree they they're one of the best snow tires money can buy!

Definitely need some for this car.

Yes stock rims. And for the Z being my first Rear wheel drive car i felt like i had total control over the entire car with these tires. You saw the pics more than 12" of snow and the Z just blasted through it all. I drove about 10 miles out from my parents house and through sides streets it was a blast. Believe it or not I cant wait for the next snow fall

Sorry to hear about you being stuck. If you have the money do it . I live with my parents so i had some extra cash.
