Shouldn't be a problem...

You can put any OEM Z or G35 Coupe wheels on your Z in place of the 17s...

They'll be fine.

Even the 18" Front/19" Rear combo they are putting on the new Gradn Tourings or whatever will fit. Those are some nice wheels too (Rays Forged).

I don’t see why not. All 350Z wheels are interchangeable. The limiting factor is Brembo brakes. I would not assume that all OEM 17 inch wheels fit Brembo.

BTW the most expensive used OEM wheels are the forged Rays. I have seen these wheels sell on eBay for $1,600/4.

I have yet to see the NEW forged Rays for sale on ebay, although I've been looking...
These are the 18" front/19" rear ones on some of the top-end 06's. Also I believe they are on the black Z in the Z commercial (the one with weird music).

You can usually pick up a set of 03-05 track wheels for 1000 without tires. I've seen them go 800-1200, so I'll take the average.

Davidv, if you are interested I know a guy with a set of track wheels AND 90% tread on the tires. He is asking $1300 or so I think as he is getting the heavy anniversary wheels. He is my dealer... let me know. I thought about it, but if I get OEM forged wheels I'm going for the Inifiniti G35 19s...

I've heard even the stock 17" wheels clear the Brembos, so I think any wheel will go on any model just fine.

Yup, they do.
I've seen a few use the 17" rim for their winter tires and the brembos definitely clear.

Man, I want a set of the '06 Track Wheels. I don't know if I am willing to pay the price however. Once money starts rolling back in here; I'll probably bite the bullet. I'll buy them with Goodyear F1-D3's, Koni Sport's and Hotchis sways and call it a present to myself for not being able to buy anything this year.

Then it's Vortech and NOS for the Firebird. Ah..... one can dream.
