Question PSI Problem

A light keeps flashing telling me that my PSI is messed up, but when I check it, it's fine. I bought the car used and the manual wasn't included. The place where I bought it from has ordered me one, but it won't come in until next week. I have records of all the maintainance work done on it, and it says that the owner before me had the same problem. Has anyone else had this problem or know what causes it?

Oh, I also left out that I was parked outside last night because my dad's truck was blocking the entrance to the garage, and the temperature was 22 degrees. Would this have somehting to do with it?

cooler temp. will cause tire pressure to drop. Just simple physics. Always check your tire pressure at the beginning of winter and make sure it's not under-inflated.

Stock wheels? Tire pressure sensors in the wheels?

Oh, and you can download an owners manual from nissan-techinfo.com (Go to Inside Publications and choose Owners Manuals).

My sensor came on when the temp was around 30degrees outside or so, giving me 28 psi. But it warmed up, got to about 33psi and the damn light was still on. Put some air, almost to 39 psi and the light came off. Factory recommends psi to 35, so I keep mine just a few degrees higher, say 38. Hope it works.
