They look way too tucked in at the rear.

I was thinking the same thing. It looks horrible like this. The fronts looked too tucked in my opinion as well. The wheels themselves look nice though, just not in those offsets on the Z.

Cool

Way to go guys, trash the guys new wheels....bet he feels great about now. So unnecessary.

Those wheels look awesome! I love the silver mesh look on Zs, have them myself in a different brand. You can correct the offsets if you want by going here:

http://www.hrsprings.com/site/products/trak.html
http://www.optionimports.com/h-r-spacer-nissan.html

These are high quality spacers which can move the wheels out closer to the body lines, if you want that.

Honesty don't hurt, lying does. It is too tucked in, for a 350Z with a staggered setup, you've got to take advantage of it. The most important thing is, his choice is all that matters. If you want an honest opinion, here is the place.

For being a staggered setup why does the lips on the front look exactly the same as the lip on the rear? Rims look good, great style, but I agree wrong offset.

congrat on your new wheel. Seem like the offset a bit too big that result in the wheel looks kinda tuck in.

Looks nice, any rubbing issues in the back I am probably going to change my back 2 rims to 20's but keep the front 19's
Also are 285's the widest you can go for the back?

If you are posting for feedback: The offsets are off and the car looks totally messed up. See if you can sell the wheels to someone who needs that offset, and start over with the correct offsets. The wheels themselves are nice and would look good on you car....

it looks decent..
but sadly..
the offset is a little too high.
run some 20-30mm bolt on wheel spacers and that will solve your problem just fine.

First off the wheels look FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! Nice!

Next off what are you guys talking about, "correct offset?" As far as I know, and I know absolutely nothing, you can't order wheels with your own personal offsets so making a comment that they guy ordered wheels with the wrong offsets seems a bit daft. But hey, maybe you guys are much more hooked up than I.

The wheel spacer comments do however make perfect sense. I have that same exact problem now that I have lowered my car (which he has clearly done); our cars looks a bit like a midget in a too large top hat with the stock setup.

Also you guys keep talking about offsets as if they were the sole measure of where the wheel is going to be but that's not true. From my very limited knowledge I am of the understanding that you need to consider the width of the wheel in addition to its offset. Assuming that people know this when commenting on offsets is sloppy math at best and horribly misleading in any other regard.

I'm researching spacers now trying to find the best, safest method for moving my wheels outboard. This is something that I will not want to buy off eBay so try to avoid that at all costs.

Oh, and you'll most likely need to roll the back fenders and maybe the fronts as well though they seem pretty tight to begin with.
