I just bought a Z with them on it. I want 20's so Ill be replacing them. They are three piece 19's with toyo's. Thr tires have about 30% left and the passanger rim has about a in of light curb rash. The driver front has about six in of curb rash. I checked today and I can get them fixed for about 80.00 each rim. Should I fix em or should I just try and sell em as is? I know they are about 900.00 per rim new. What can I get for these?
I know its a personal opinion, but if I was you i would get them fixed and keep them. You got a pretty bad *** set of rims there. Why would you want to throw a set of heavy twentys that are going to hurt performance and ride quality?
Well there are a couple reasons. I like 20's is one. The wife is going to be driving this car and its TT'edsp power isnt going to be a problem. The other is Im sponsored for tires and can only get 20's.
I also have chrome silver z with 19" oz superleggeras. For a minute there I thought that was my car in your pictures. As for your question, I will try and sell 'em for $1800-1900 without fixing it.
