Default 19x10.5 + 30 offset... will it work?

Im about to order some wheels tomorrow...

TSW Montage

19x8 Front +20 or +40??

19x10.5 Rear + 30??

Im just wondering if these offsets will work, so i can order these wheels. Im not sure on the front, thats the only two offsets they offer in that size, and the rear is the only offset they offer for my application. The tire sizes will be

245/35R19 front
275/30R19 rear

will i have any fitment issues with this? My car isnt lowered, but it will be lowered on tein s-tech's. Would this require fender rolling or, any spacers? Any info is appreciated.. thanks!

the front you wanna go with a +20 and the rear your probably better with like a +25

btw... im running 19x9+25 front and 19x10+25 slammed on coilovers and a 245/35 up front and 285/30 in the rear and i have no rubbing issues.

well, on the rear, +30 is the only offset offered. Could i use some spacers maybe?

The +30 rear is nice, the +40 front is horrible.

thanks for the input on the wheels folks. i actually just went with a different choice of wheels that has a +23 offset in the rear with a 10.5inch width. and a +20 up front with a 9.5 inch width.
