HREwheelmaker,

Bob...
I emailed you personally with just a few qualifying questions...and now after talking to Zland (Jeff) I got confused on the tire size recommendation. I have the Performance with a 225/45/18 and 245/45/18 which is a rolling diameter of 26 and 26.7 respectively. I think you mentioned to Jeff that the showcar was a 275/35/ and 295/35 with a difference of .5?? For me at least, wouldn't a 295/40 and 275/40 be a closer option with a 27.3 and 26.7?? That would be a difference of .8 instead of the stock .7 and keep the computer "happy"? Or would this larger diameter pose clearance issues?

Thanks

You guys are something else (LOL)...

Where are you going to get a 295/40-18? I couldn't find one.

Our SEMA car was 19s w/ 275/30-19 + 295/30-19, a bit shorter than stock, but worked & looked great. This is effectively the same OD as 275/35-18 + 295/35-18.

The super mesh will be available in 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 for the 350Z , recommended Tire size is 245/35-19 front and I have used 295/35-19 in the rear, which is a tad taller than stock , but it works fine.

Regarding the S7 MOD customer, since the widest 19inch we make in the MODS is 8.0 inch I do not recommend any tire wider than a 255's, we do make 20x10 for the rear of the Z in which 285/30-20 would fit nicely.

HRE man , Hi BOB , this is James
