Any advantages to Nismo Lugs (wheel studs)?
Well after a few track days and autocross, I've managed to strip a lug. Not sure if it was the Gorilla lug nut, rust on the stud, repeated switches from track wheels to street wheels or a combination.
I was thinking about getting a couple of sets of the OEM lugs or maybe get a set of Nismo lugs. The Nismo lugs cost twice as much and I'm not sure if there are any advantages besides just being longer which would also require me to get a set of open ended lug nuts.
Any opinions, thoughts, commentary? Thx.
