Default how low to go with 20'' rims?

Im thinking about getting 20's and i've seen that you would need to lower the car with the bigger wheels on, how many inches should it be lowered without having an issue with rubbing and any which springs? Also what tire sizes would you reccommend for 20x9 in the front and 20x10.5 in the rear?

It would all depend on your wheel offsets, tire sizes, and tire brand.

I just got my 20's on and the set up I'm running is the 1 inch drop from Eibach with 20x8.5 in the front and 20x10 in the rear. I have zero rub on the front, even during U turns, with a very minor rub on the rear when I am taking corners extremely hard. Other than that, no other rub issues.

Good job on giving us info like tire size, tire brand, and offsets. At least we know you don't rub too much.

Also, depending on how aggressive your drop is, camber may come into play.
