Default Can someone explain to me the terms used for Tires?

Ex. Offset etc. I've tried searching and no good. Sorry if this comes off as dumbass post, but we're all here to learn..

Tires or wheels? Offset is for wheels. I know you've seen the +20, +33, etc... the lower the offset, the more the wheel sticks out. The higher, its the opposite.

What about staggered? I've read that somewhere.

I want to say that staggered is when you have a larger width size in the rear than the front. Like having 18x8.5" in the front and 18x9.5" in the rear. I believe that is what staggered means.

Staggered, in the context of the Z is where the rear tires are a larger diameter than the front. Your 4 wheels are the same diameter and probably the same width. The tires on the other hand are different widths with the same "profile" so the wider rear tires are actually taller than the fronts.
