When it comes down to it its really up to you, although i like volks but if I had to choose between the two, probably the C4's, briguy has them and they have a huge lip. Not sure on the strength of the wheels, but definitely bling.
They should both be heavy, volks Winnings I believe are forged, with cast parts. C4 is full cast. They both look hot and its really up to you on which to pick. I haven't really heard anything bad about either.

Both the C4 Multipiece and the Winnings are Forged barrel/Cast centers. It comes down to the look that you prefer. The winnings have more obvious bolts and a more contoured face, whereas the C4s are to me look cleaner.
I have the C4s ... see here
About quality...I have never had an issue with the Racing Harts, driving the "mean" streets of LA ... honestly, I have hit some bad holes and driven home scared, only to find these still in perfect shape.
I would pick Volk over the Racing Hart....I haven't really liked Racing Hart since the old days of the Type C and Tracer
I would have to agree with Will Pwr I am old school to. The SF is what I would choose over the C4 because I have a thing for wheels with rivets/nuggets what ever you want to call them. The C4 is to plan for me and the kind of car that you have (Not bashing on JimRHIT cuz that car looks real clean very simple) Now if it was a Type C then I might go for those even the Tracers were bad ***. If you really like the mesh type wheel here are some other choices for you to look at. These are the type of wheels I was think about to putting on my car, let me know what you think.
