Default Possible New Wheels, Questions??

I still have the stock 17" wheels. A week or 2 ago, I bought a pair of 245/45 17 tires for the fronts and a pair of 255/45 17s for the rears. I have not had these installed yet.

Today I was looking on www.splparts.com at the 5Zigen FNO1RC black/polished wheels. If I were to buy these 5Zigen wheels,

1) I suppose the 5x114 bolt pattern would work in place of the 5x114.3 that we have.

2) I would have to get 17x9s all around since they do not sell our bolt pattern in 17x8s. Would the tires I just bought fit these wheels?

3) Would the non-staggered wheel sizes screw with traction control since I would have staggered tire sizes?

4) The offest options are 15 and 35. From reading on here I think I would want the 35mm offsets, correct?

I would hate to drop close to a grand on wheels and find out the tires wont fit on the wheels.

Thanks,
Zach

Yep, still rollin on stockers!! I'm working on it though. I just spent $850 on 4 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s and have not even mounted them yet. They are still banded together in the kitchen. I would go wider if I hadnt just dropped the cash. I dont want to go to a larger diameter cause they will weigh more.

I just looked on www.1010tires.com and their site says a 245/45 will fit from a 7.5-9" wheel while a 255/45 will fit a 8-9.5" wheel. So it looks like I am good. I would like to get 9s in the front and 10s in back but I would have to sell 2 of my tires and buy new 2 ones!!!

Just an FYI to anyone wanting these wheels, Splparts has the 17x9s on sale for $190 each.

I checked several 350Z wheel vendors, and could not find any recommending 17x9 all around. Therefore no recommendation for tire sizes. Sorry.

If the tires fit the wheels, and the wheels fit on the car, VDC will be happy. The rear tires are 0.35 inches taller than the front.

So are we saying that 245s and 255s will fit on 17x9" wheels.

And as long as it fits, VDC will be happy and not go ape****!

I’m not certain if the tires will fit the wheels properly. But if they do, VDC will be happy.

Another thing to think about, I could buy 17x9s in the front and 17x10s in the back if a 255/45 will fit on that wheel.
