Question A simple wheel upgrade

I'm looking to do a simple upgrade by just replacing my 17" stock wheels on my Z (Enthusiast) with the same wheel size but wider. I'm looking at SSR GT-7 wheels that are 17x8.5. The offset of the front stock wheels is 30 and the offset of the stock rear wheels is 33. The offset on the SSR GT-7 is 35 front and rear. The big questions are 1) how will the tires fit in the wheel well and 2) is the offset ok so the wheels/tire maintain the current tire/body look?

The wheels will probably get Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

8.5 wide is not a big upgrade. Any particular reason?

If it's to stay within factory standard, know the '06 Track has 18x9 and 19x10 wheels.

Welcome.

Use one of the offset calculators above and compare the new wheels to your current ones. Then check the car with a tape to see if you will have any clearance problems.

I will caution against using the same size tires all around.
