okay long story short. i had my tires replaced and aligned in oct 05, i took my car to get an oil change and was notifed that the inside of my 2 front tires are showing a lot of wires and no tread. the outside of the tire is 6/32 (according to nissan that should be a 100% nissan pays) well im getting **** from the place i went to and they are saying they are not paying for that. Im like its only been 5 months wtf do u mean. i had taken the car 2 days ago to another nissan dealership but they stated to me that i should take it to the dealership that actually did the work in oct, so i did.

now im in the postiion where they have to talk to a nissan rep becuase i dont want to pay for the 2 front tires and alignment.

what can i do guys??????????????????

 

I assume that the alignment was done for free, and Nissan paid for new front tires. You have paperwork for the alignment? What does the paperwork say about a alignment warranty?

 

i dont have any of the paper work due to the fact i just moved, and threw away all the old paper awy. but still they have it on the computer showing i came in for the same exact reason

also guys i picked up my car today becasue i havent had a car for 4 days now and they kinda agreed on terms with me. stated if i paid 150 they would give me two new front tires, all-wheel alignment and balance all tires. so i was like fine, i need the car back now. so i have it now. But the only reason why i took that deal was becasue im 19yrs of age and not allowed to rent a car, but they let you buy a car when ur 18. damn nissan.

one thing though. the other dealership i went to said my tranny needs to be replaced (again) and they said if i bring anykind of clutch and flywheel they will put it in for FREE..... only good thing i have heard. will be getting that in a few weeks hopefully
