ok heres the deal

i need new tires fast, my rear tires are pretty much gone but theres a problem

i would like to get new wheels as well preferably volk te37 9.5 and 10.5 +22 all around but the dude at discount tire told me the only kind of tire that would fit that is Z or V rated....i dont really auto X or track my car much so i dont need that and i sure cant afford to need new tires every 10,000-20,000 miles. The same problem goes for 18" wheels. IF i want a W or H rated tire i have to stay 17" whats the deal here?! could someone please help me out here. I dont really have time to be searching and researching as much as i normally would so i came here. (im going out of town and when i get back this has to be taken care of)
