Another offset question...

Another offset question...
Im looking into some 20s for my car.. and the sizes are as follows...
20x9 + 45
20x10 +19
I know the rear should fit fine... my question is.. if if i should use a 15mm or a 20mm spacer on the fronts? I dont track or race my car, so im not too worried about that aspect of it.. as long as it fits. im good. Also.. does anyone know if the Kics wheel spacers are any good?
