Can the front fenders be rolled also?
Quick question just as the title says...
can the front be rolled or does it have to be shaved?
(setup in mind is 255/35/19 on a 19x9.5" with a +19 offset)

Better question: do they NEED to be rolled...
But +1 for info on this! I'm wondering if the +19 on a 255 will rub.

They wont rub, Im running 255/35/19 on my wheels, never rubbed, EVER, but my front rim is a 9.0 not 9.5. Hmm, lemme ask a friend. He'll know for sure, he works for Mackin.

Do it by trial and error. I'm sure there won't be any catastrophic damages from the first several times the wheel rubs but if it does the at least you would know then that it will need to be rubbed.

Did you buy all four? What brand/sizes did you order? Thanks for being the guinea pig!

I had these same questions in mind. Then again, we all have the same type of wheels
So keep us updated if 255 will work up front

front fenders are already rolled. you don't need to do anything to the front. see for yourself, look at your back fenders, then look at your front ones.

True, but I guess the question is, with a 19x9.5" +19 wheel, will a 255/35/19 tire fit without rubbing?

Front fenders can and have been rolled by others on this board. As others state, the question is will you have to roll.

So you went DTM style instead of JDM! So I take it you ordered all 4 tires? What did you end up with on the rear?

Yeah, I'm a poser right now! I don't even have the car in my possession!
And I hope that surprise isn't a "Surprise! I ended up getting 275/35's again!"

what are the cons of rolling the fenders? besides spending more money? They only do it slightly to accomodate for the rubbing right? What about cutting vs rolling?

You don't need to roll the front to run that setup.. I had SF Winning 19x9.5 +19 with 255/35/19 toyo T1-S on there before..
