Default Caliper compatability

Piston in my non brembo rear caliper seized up (no longer under warrenty) and my lease is up in 5 months. Wondering what other cars have compatable rear calipers so maybe I can find a used one around. I'm assuming the G35 coupe has the same non brembos...what about the sedan? Maxima/Altima?
Thanks in advance for any help.

While this is not the final word, I did notice that the replacement front pads for a 350z had a label (on the box) saying the they would also fit a Maxima 1988-2001, Sentra from 2000-Present and some older Infinitis. Assuming that Nissan uses brakes in standard sets for its vehicles, than maybe one could get a second-hand Sentra or Maxima caliper for much less than he/she would pay for a new one "made" for a Z. One might verify this by using one of those auto parts website and checking to see if rear brake calipers are the same for these various models. Most websites have part numbers for items and perhaps you'll be able to see if same number used for several vehicles.
