Why not do it your self?
It took me a total of about 10 minutes to remove my crub rash.
Extremly easy to do.

depends what type of wheel you have. Is it a painted surface like the stock wheels or something like VOLKS, with an aluminum lip? If its a set of VOLKS, i can tell you that it won't be restored to brand new condition, due to the clear coat. Best way is to take it to a shop (like The Wheel Supply in Walnut), have them remove all the clear, so that you can wetsand it all you want... just have to polish it every month or so.

If its stock wheels, i believe there was an article in autopia or something, involving painting and bondo, sounds messy lol. Or you can visit denttime.com , they provide excellent service for everything from dent removal to rash removal.

Sorry for the late response, not getting any email notification for some reason.

I started with like a 320-400grit sand paper on my electric sander and sanded the road rash to a smooth finish. Then started to polish the spot I sanded until I was able to get a pretty close match with the clear coated part
of the lips.
If you want I have a breif write up I did for the guy who bought the wheels fro me about this procedure, I can send it to you if you want, just PM me your email address

I had paid about 80.$$ to have a scratch removed before I learned how to repair it my self. Most shops or people will not do remove one scratch, they'll do the whole rim.
You could pay someone to do it for you like I have done or you can take out about 10-15 minutes and learn how to do it for your self and so in the future when you get another scratch or road rash it will not **** you off as much

Ultimately it's your decision so go with what you feel comfortable with.

Good luck
