Default Run flat tires for the Z???

Does anyone know or has installed Run flat tires on their Z yet?? I want to install a set (don't seem that expensive for some cars) so I can leave the spare tire in the garage.

Since Run Flat have their own pressure sensors, can it be sent to the Z's own readout?

Run-flats are very heavy tires, and I think you'll notice a difference in handling if you get some installed.

A little confusion here:
Run flats dont have their own sensors. Tire shops are not allowed to install them on cars without sensors, thats why run-flats and sensors are associated with each other. You would use your stock sensors if you wanted them.
