ok well i dont care about tracking my car, so weight doesnt matter much. It seems many members like adrs for inexpensive wheels.. Are they good enough quality for everyday use? I love the styling and i really only care about looks.

I had ADRs on my Volvo for several Years and loved them, VERY strong wheels and are priced where a wheel should be.
I'd strongly consider getting some G35C 19's. You can get a set for 1200-1500 with tires. If you get the TSW's:
$800 + shipping so close to $900
Tires are going to be ~150 each minimum $600 for tires + $50 shipping
Mounting/Balancing are $25 each so $100 for mounting/balancing
You're at close to $900 + 650 + 100 = $1650 for the inexpensive wheels.

In the end, it's his car he can do what he wants.
TSWs are a name brand that have been making wheels for 30 years. They are hubcentric and TUV certified, x-rayed and pressure tested so they are not going to blow apart or anything. I would call Discount Tire and find out what they weigh and if you like them and they are the same or less than stock, why not get them.
Besides, if everyone did the same thing, car shows would be boring.

I wonder how many people took out a loan or used their CC to but those $4000 Wheel and Tire Packages?
