[QUOTE=AutoStore350z] i don't know whats brand is good in dry/wet conditions. I want to run 245/35r19 and 275/35/r19....[\QUOTE]
For great dry/wet performance tires you have two choices:
PS2's or KDW2's.
Use the tirerack tool for comparing tires from the professionals and users. You will see these are the best two tires out there for both dry and wet conditions.
I personally have PS2's and they live up to there name. I will probably buy the KDW2's next to see which is better, but I have put 7,000 miles on the PS2's and still have a lot of tread left - so it will be awhile. (And I have AutoXed and tracked with these tires - so I have not just tiptoed with them)

Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s. 275/30/19 up front and 275/35/19 out back.
Pros:
- Fantastic traction dry & wet
- Very quiet - considering the low profile
- Softer ride compared to stock, but not TOO soft by any means
Cons:
- Price (but only if you track them and need a new set every 18 months!)
2004 Track - NISMO Cold Air Intake, AAM Plenum Spacer, Stillen Engine Damper, UR Underdrive Crank Pulley, Hotchkis TVS Stage 1 Suspension Kit, NISMO Brake Pads, STOP TECH SS Braided Brake Lines, 19" NISMO LMGT4s, 35% Tint, Forged Internals Shift ****.
