Has anyone powder coated your stock wheels? Im thinking about it because i live in Utah and am not able to put my wheels on 5-7 months of the year. Do they look good? And do they chip? My Z is silver, if I had them done what color should I do them?

First of all there is a thread about this floating around, you might try searching for it.

Second, your silver wheels already match your silver car. Why not just keep the color the same...

There is a really nice pic of someone who powdercoated their stock touring 18" wheels black, but most of the time (when they are not super clean) they will just look like steelies / dirty.

Just save up for some rotas or something if you are on a budget.

i had my powdercoated, just because the owner who had the car before me curbed them up. but i had them powdercoated in a silver color, like the volk's mercury silver color.

 

i PC'd track wheels bronze......i like them alot. ended up costing around 1000 for wheels and PCing.
