I remember reading in the service manual that there is a procedure to recalibrate the TPMS. You need a some handheld unit that will put the sensors and brain unit in learning mode, you set each tire to a particular pressure, drive around on it for a while while the brain recalibrates the sensors. Sorry I don't have my manual with me now, but the exact procedure is in there. It might be easier to just take it to the dealer and have them do it.
