Volk GT-S thread
[QUOTE=ITOzann;8152746]it won't. I have same size of tires abut different brand. I'm rubbing a little on the driver side with my current set up. Lowered with gf210's, rolled fenders, rubber mount mod and 15mm spacers in the rears
; also, stock camber.. waiting on the camber kit
how much you cut your rubber?

So got my wheels put on today just to get an idea of how much fender rolling/cutting I'll be needing and....wow
Specs of wheels are: 19/9.5/+4 fronts and rears are 19/10.5/+8.
Tire sizes are : 255/35s. 285/35s
Not into the whole hellaflush scene, cars look good just not my style so not looking to go that direction. but we'll see what I decide, prolly end up selling them idk yet!
On to pics (sorry for crap pics)

So I just purchased a new set of Volk GTS 19" wheels. Went with the 10.5" in the rear with the +8 offset! Its so sexy! But I am looking to alter some things here. They DO stick out. I dont know how I feel about it exactly yet. I knew they would a bit...its a little more than i expected...but on the whole I think it still looks so damn good.
However, I was looking into getting a front and rear camber kit to help pull them in a bit and get them aligned again. Will this help a bit? What is the best company to go with for this low of an offset? I want to order this week, and have them in soon, so take that into account (no hard to find stuff here)
I am also starting my search for coilovers (probably sometime this summer, but could wait on the order) What coilovers will help finsih bringing these in a bit as well? I am not looking to drop much at all as the roads around here are pretty shitty (moving in a year tho) but also because these are already rubbing, but without a fender roll which I plan on getting with the camber kit install.
Let me know what you guys think of my ride now, and just ignore the broken front bumper...new ones in route here!
Peace/Love/Joy

why do you want more camber? they have a nice stance as they sit now just lower it a tad more roll fenders and it would be good to go
