Default Suggestions on cheap tires?

I have a bad problem with going through tires...the current set it at the wear bars after about 3 months. I know the easiest thing to do would be to stop breaking traction but that's no fun...I'm looking for some cheap tires since I go through them so damn fast...paying $300/tire really sucks. A friend of mine got a set of 4 Nexens for his GTO for the same price as one of my rear tires...unfortunatly they don't make them large enough for my rims.

Does anyone know of a manufacturer that has tires wide enough for a 10.5" wide 19" rim that don't cost too much? With 10.5" wide rims and under 300 hp at the wheels, getting traction when I want it doesn't seem to be an issue no matter how crappy the tires are. haha

Thanks in advance people!!

I will not recommend inexpensive tires for the 350Z. Its a safety concern. The car deserves the best tires available.

Not sure if they make them in that size, but Kumho Ecsta MX are good inexpensive tires.

I'll look into the Kumho and Falkens.
I know you get what you pay for...but when you're my age making crap money tires are the last place you want to spend it.

hes already said he knows they will be cheap but at teh rate he appears to be going through tires he doesnt care

ive been in the same issue, but trying to get good tires cheap. discount tire has an ebay page and theres plenty of used tires for sale on there. nto sure what you want to spend but i'd start there.

its not like the z is so overpowering that the hp is going to make the tires explode or something

You also need to look at the treadwear rating. The higher the number usually the longer they last. Example: a 180 treadware is an extreme performance, where as 300 plus is going to last longer. If you like burnin up tires you shoulda left the stock ones on.

So you have no problems with traction control?
