What do you guys recommend for my new 19" tires? 35 psi? Thanks.

Why would the diameter of the wheel effect the recommended tire pressure?

40 - 42 sounds a little high. The ultimate decision has to be made on how it rides and the tires wear. 35 is probably a good starting point. You can adjust it up or down depending on how you feel the the car rides and handles.

If it feels soft and slow to respond to steering wheel input, then you probably need to start increasing the pressure. If it feels like you're riding on solid rubber, the pressure is probably too high.

If you determine that the center portion of the tire wears quicker than the outer edges, then the pressure is too high causing the tire to bulge. The opposite is true if the outer edges wear more than the center, the tire needs air.
