Axis Whees
If you're getting the Axis Se7en Mods, check out the wheel and tire group buy in the classified forum. You will need to email them for the pricing, if you haven't received it already.
The Axis Seven Mods come in a 35mm or 47mm offset, but most 350Z are going with the 35mm with a 20mm spacer up front and the 35mm in the rear. This is for a 19" front/20" rear combo. Definitely check them before you order. "bdiddy" has this set up on his black Z. Try a search in the Wheel and tire forum for pics.

MATIX, you can't fairly compare the same offsets (among different wheel widths) if you are looking at how they look related to the fender. Offset is the distance from the imaginary centerline of the wheel to the mounting surface. For example, a 19x8.5+24 sits 1/4" more outboard than a 19x8 +24.
It's complicated, that's why guys like me get the big bucks!
Personally, I'd go 19x8 +11 and 19x9 +11 if I was going that narrow- This would sit the same (relative to the fender) as our LeMans Sunset SEMA car. If you're concerned about scrub radius, use something closer to the OE offset, around +30. The wheels will look "tucked in," like the OE wheels.
The 3-piece Axis is a terrific wheel...

Both of those offsets are more inboard than we run them, but they will work.
The rear 19x10.5 +47 will rub on the inside plastic "fender liner" when the car is jacked up. I'd prefer to run the 10.5 down in the low 30mm offset range. If you want an aggressive look, you could use a spacer to get there...
If I had a 350Z, I'd roll the crap out of the rear fenders and go 19x10.5 +16.
