Default Rim and Tire sizes, HELP/ADVICE!! 19x9.0+29-19x10.0+22

I have recently come across a set of wheels and tires that I would really like to get. They are 19x9.0+29 front and 19x10.0+22 in the rear. I was offered toyo T1-r 245/35 in front and back. My question is... Is that the right size tire and offset for a stock ride height 350z?

I do not want the rim to stick out past the fender, the tire to look too stretched , or the tires to rub... I was hoping some of you may be able to help me!!

Also, I can get 255/285's for the same price if I want.

Alot of people are running 255/285 or 245/275 setup. I run 245/275 on 9.5/10.5 and it is a bit stretched. Some brands run a tad bit wider than other (ie. BFG KDW2 run a bit wider than Toyos) The 255/285 shouldn't be stretched on your setup, but you will have a tad bit taller side wall than the 245/275 setup.

245s all around will not keep your Factory stagger and will cause VDC issues if you don't have a base model. I'm not even sure if you can fit a 245 tire on a 10" wheel.

Search and you should find the info you need.

Thank you for the info.. The 245 would be for the front tire only. Do you think a 255/285 setup will rub with the offsets listed above?

Stoch height, you should be good. If you lower it, depending on how low you are they may rub in the back. Roll your fenders and you'll be ok.

Like the others said, it may depend on the tire. Im running 285/35 in the rear on a 19x10 +22 rim fully slammed with no rubbing and the fenders have not been rolled. Im running Falken fk451s if you are interested in checking those out.

Good luck!

What is your camber setting? How low are you (in inches) in the rear? What setup are you currently running...

I love the drop ...

i'm currently running 245/35-19 tire on a 19x9.0 +18 wheel in the front and 275/35-19 tire on a 19x10.0 +22 wheel in the rear with no rubbing problems at all. The wheels do not stick out like you mentioned and the car is lowered about 1.75" (not sure the exact drop since I'm on coil overs). The front tires have a little stretch with the lip barely exposed and the rear is perfectly even with the lip.

The Falken FK451's are designed to be a little narrower than compared to other company's tires. You will see more stretching on a 245 on a 9" wide wheel with the FK451's but not as much as a Toyo or BFG tire. The new FK452's that Falken had release earlier this year was developed to be a little wider than the 451's. I'm running the FK452's and they are a great over all tire, especially for the price.

I think the safest bet (since you cant go and try out every single tire brand out there) is to go with a 255/35-19 in the front and 275/35-19 in the rear. With this set up, you are staying within 3% of the OE tire overall diameter and not falling out of the recommended rim width of the tire. Good luck with your decision!

Although F:255/35/19, R:275/35/19 stays withing 3%, but the sidewall will be only 3.5 inch thick.
