I am in process of having my 18" wheels chromed. The center cap has the Nissan in chrome, but a small area is Silver. Anyone know if the center caps from anything else can be used that may be all chrome already? Maybe the G35?

 

I polished the wheels on my MX5, Miata in the states and had the same problem. I tracked down a plastic chroming company that did the centre caps to perfection. When I went to the business it was a lot larger than I expected. I went inside and found every hinge and fitting you could imagine for coffins was there. They may look the part but there all plastic. I was a bit worried about putting something that had been chromed at a coffin fitting factory on my car but have survived to tell the story.

 

I bought my Z with 18' stock wheels already chromed and the same company that chromed the wheels, chromed the center caps as well. That's what the dealer did.
