Feeling Kinda Low Today..........
But's that a Good Thing. Cause' so is my Z!!!
EIBACHS Installed!
Here's a couple of pics during the install. (Thanks to my boys up at The Shop, always comin through for me!) I can in all honesty say that some of the 'bounce' has subsided, and handling is improved (lower center of gravity!)
I'm about to head out and get my "Party On" so I'll post up some more pics later...
Up-see-daisy!!!
Yep! That's an Eibach back there.

Careful with those StopTechs!
How the Z was meant to sit!

Now here's where you can really tell the improvement. In the rear!!!

Yes, Ive noticed that also. I wish someone would put a SIDE BY SIDE shot of thier car before and after. Or at least park next to a stock height Z. I still cant tell the difference from stock height. I think that would help.
But regardless the car looks great TX

yeah rod i was going to ask what kind of suspension you had there. it def looks lowered. guess its all good!
TX, did you only change out the springs, or did you do the shocks as well. cuz if you did just the springs, arent you gonna have to install shocks soon anyway?

I will concede that getting the whole coilover or shock/spring combo is "ideal" but NOT neccesary. T least not for me at this time.
I am so extactic about the "Look and Less Bounce" that I am rolling around like this......

I think RodH's car looks pretty normal. I will say (based on experience) this type of wheel/5-spoke design appears larger to the eye, and thus gives the lowered effect.
unlike a macpherson strut suspension, the strut/spring on the Z does not directly affect any alignment setting so theres should be no change to the previous unlowered alignment. It does indirewctly affect your camber, but there is no adjustment for this without a camber kit

The high-temp caliper paint should be either Foliatec or G2 (I have now read where the G2 will hold up to 900+ degrees!)
Like Krinkov said, there really is squat an allignment can do. BUT! I will be looking into one at any rate.
