Default Green fade or air in lines?

I have about 1500 miles on my 06 GT (OEM brembos). At city speeds, they feel OK, but at 45+, when I use the brakes, they dont feel like they modulate well. Initial bite is OK, but then I really need to put a lot pressure on them to get moderate power out of them and pedal travel feels a bit long.

The brakes feel better if I pump the brakes once before I brake.

Is there anything else I can do to figure out what's up, short of taking it to the dealer? I have not done any bed-in procedures for the brakes, I have been taking iteasy on everything.

They do not feel as strong as the non-brembo brakes on my wife's 06 enthusiast!! She has about 2200 miles on hers.

Any help is appreciated...

maybe air in the lines or possibly calipers with piston issues. Either way I would take it to a mechanic for a check up. You never know when you won't have time for the first pump.
