Of course, the 295 will be 10mm wider (5mm width increase on either side) than the 285/35.
My stock track rear is 245/45 18, so my 285/35 is 26.9 diameter, stock for me is 26.7, so its a good fit. 295/30 looks and fits good though on a 10.5" rim, Ive seen it on a rolled fender +22 set-up....

Actually no it's Ravi's car (aka GQ 350Z). You can see more of his pix in the link underneath the picture. Plus as it states in my above posted, it's a 295/30/19 on a 19x10.5" +17 wheel.
Alright, don't get your knickers in a twist. I did read the post, but i didn't know if the picture was refering to the text, that is why i asked

Didn't really even consider the other stock tire sizes.

I could be totally wrong, but doesn't the 2006 track, come with 19" rims in the back, and have a 265/35?

tried to order some Time Attacks in january and found out they only offer a selection of sizes. it had to be 9.5j and 10.5j, i think the lowest offset was +22 . i wanted some a little more aggressive . so i had to improvise.

10.5j +15

9.5j +12 (plus 5mm spacer)

-mikhe, post up some pics when you get them on.

did u buy a black TE37 and painted yourself? I think volks offer custom and u can do all kind of things like painting the lip red?

As for why i really want a 305 in the rear, it's mainly for looks. I have a set of 18s on Toyo RA1 that are used on the track. 305 gives a really aggressive look at the back. But given the feedback i think i'll stick to 285s unless i buy a camber kit really soon, which wont be likely. Also gives me alot more tire choices to choose from.

Sure thing i'll be posting some pics, but as i said it's gonna be end of aug, since i'm heading back to Toronto then. The shop i got it from will be sending me some pics once it lands in a week or so though.

Honestly, there is no need to run a camber kit if you are daily driving your car.
Unless youre looking for better traction and braking and even tire wear, if you want the car to handle at its best, having some negative camber would be ideal. The car comes in stock form with negative camber. 275's have always been the most popular choice, even among guys that work in the industry. If you lower your car with stock camber and align all 4 corners back to stock specs, running 275's will not rub on that +22/10.5 wheel. You may even be able to get away with 285's but fender cutting/rolling would be necessary depending on your camber and ride height.

The wheels in this thread is a limited edition wheel from RAYS called "Time Attack", they will only be offered for a limited time. I doubt RAYS will make this wheel again even as a custom wheel unless you are going to buy 10 sets of it so if you really like it, Id suggest you hop onto it now while you can. We have a set of TE and CE coming in within the next month that are still up for grabs.

VOLK Wheels you can click "MORE INFO" in the product page to see the offset chart that will give you the lip size on the 2 piece wheels, other than that, all the offsets, PCD, and sizes will be listed in the applications chart. There are usually more pictures of the wheels in the actual product page so if you are curious to see what the wheels look like, you can click the actual product.

FYI - VOLK pricing has gone up within the past 2 days due to material costs so the pricing on our website is not accurate. The pricing on our website is the old retail pricing right before the new price change.

You can just order TE37 in black, the time attack is nothing special (except for the red lip, which wouldn't look good on some colors such as DB)
