I'm with the Chicago guy and this guy.. It was the same story here in the New England area last year...the Volks I owned were the only ones I ever saw in real life.. Now a lot of my friends have them but i still rarely see them on the streets on other cars.. if you hang out on my350z you'll see them on every car lol

No actually the disease has spread to the east too, I've been preaching "No Volks and say NO to Nismo bodykits" for years, but everyone loves the lip kit and volk wheels. Conformity and Name Brands

In a way, I'm glad I live in a place where Zs in general are not too common and modified Zs are rare. It's been nice to take trips to ZDayZ and ZCON to see what other people are doing with their cars though. When I get back home, I'm happy to say that there's nobody else around with my Volk wheels and I don't see NISMO body kits or spoilers either.

Face it, people go with what works best. The classic look of Volk wheels on a Z are hard to beat. That's not an excuse to NOT get some. None of us with Volks have anything to apologize for or be ashamed of.

That's why people need to stop making clone cars and buy some other wheels! I swear people act like there are no other performance wheels on the market haha

People are seemingly getting off topic about the point of this tread but its ok. I was in no way questioning the quality of Volks but I would just like to see people move away from Volk. Ray's make other wheels that are great too like Gramlights but you never see many with those =(

why? you should be happy since it gives you more room to "prove" you're different

if there was another reason other than 'too many people have them' maybe i would consider the movement.

sorry im biased.. I would sport volk racing tennis shoes if they made em..

yes.. i am a sheep
